How can I reverse insulin resistance?

Reversing insulin resistance involves lifestyle changes such as adopting a therapeutic carbohydrate reduction (TCR) diet to improve insulin sensitivity & normalize blood glucose levels. Increasing physical activity, managing stress, and getting good sleep also play a big part.

Working with a qualified health coach can provide personalized strategies to effectively improve your metabolic health and insulin sensitivity.

What are the benefits of therapeutic carbohydrate reduction (TCR)?

Therapeutic carbohydrate reduction can lead to numerous health benefits, including weight loss, improved blood glucose management, and reduced inflammation. Many individuals experience enhanced energy levels and overall well-being, making it a valuable approach for those with metabolic health challenges.

Is TCR the same as Keto or Ketogenic?

Yes. Therapeutic Carbohydrate Reduction is a well formulated, insulin smart, ketogenic diet based on scientific data.

What role does a well formulated diet play?

A well formulated TCR diet can significantly improve metabolic health by reducing carbohydrate intake, which helps lower insulin levels and promotes fat burning. This dietary approach is particularly beneficial for individuals with insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes diet & Type 1 diabetes, as it can stabilize blood glucose levels and enhance overall health.

Can I manage Type 1 diabetes with therapeutic carbohydrate reduction (TCR) or ketogenic diet?

Yes, managing Type 1 diabetes with a ketogenic diet is possible and can lead to improved blood glucose, control, normal HbA1c’s, and fewer diabetic complications.
